This volunteer position can include: 

Writing thank you cardsEvent planningSolicit auction donations based on the goals for our silent auctions for our Golf Outing, Sip For A Cause Grand Rapids, and Annual Night of HopeData EntryPreparing envelopes, distributing mail, and assisting with mailings. 

Every year, we host multiple events, including our golf outing, awareness events, and our largest event, the Annual Night of Hope. We are always looking for volunteers who want to assist us with these events. Tasks can include:

Check-in attendees at the registration tableWelcoming and greeting attendeesPutting together the name tagsAnswering questions from attendees throughout the eventSupport set up and take down of event materials. Leading the raffle ticket sales and fundraising component (for charity)Packaging up and displaying the raffle giftsVarious other tasks.
