We are currently looking for friendly, organized individuals to help us at our front desk. The Front Desk Volunteer is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, volunteers, guests, & staff. This volunteer will be the first point of contact for our organization & will be asked to greet individuals, check them in, & direct them to the appropriate area. Our front desk volunteer will also be responsible for answering phone calls & performing other administrative tasks as needed. So, if you’re a social butterfly who wants to lend a regular helping hand, this is a fun way to give back to the community! We have shifts open every day! 

If you’re a people person with a knack for data, we have the perfect position for you! Our call center is looking for volunteers! Our call center volunteers are responsible for answering incoming calls, providing information about our programs & services, & scheduling appointments for clients. Our call center provides a fun & supportive environment to connect with others while making a difference in our community. We are looking for both morning and afternoon volunteers, Monday - Friday!

We are looking for someone who wants to come in and help us get our Melzer pantry prepped & ready to go! Our Melzer pantry is the largest pantry we have in our network, serving up to 140 households daily. We can use some extra hands! Volunteers in the pantry help us with a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, prepping orders, customizing orders based on dietary restrictions, stocking shelves, & loading client cars. It’s a fun, fast-paced environment that will keep you moving! We are currently looking for someone on Monday, Thursday, and Friday mornings!
