Who We Are
Our Mission as a 501c3 nonprofit is to reach the diverse population of Kalamazoo County one person at a time, in order to make the community a better place to live. We will accomplish this through programs that are focused on education, empowerment, assistance, and mentorship. We place a strong emphasis on youth, employability, prison reentry, education, mental health, and the homeless population.
OUR VALUES
Steps to Victory’s values are grounded in our mission.
- Impact: We set and hold ourselves accountable for high standards.

- Collaboration: We work as a team with our clients
- Passion: We have committed ourselves to make a difference in our community.
As a mission-driven organization, Steps to Victory understands the importance of our client’s values and beliefs. We are deeply compassionate about what we do and strive to make our community a better place.
