First Tee - West Michigan

First Tee is a non-profit, youth development organization that teaches kids life skills and character building through the game of golf. By teaching things like pursuing goals, growing through challenges, collaborating with others, building positive self-identity, and using good judgment, we are building experiences that build character to empower kids through a lifetime of new challenges and continuous personal growth. We ensure that all kids regardless of income have a chance to participate in our program. Any child that qualifies for free or reduced-price lunch at school can participate in our program for only $5. We work with other non-profit/community-based organizations in underrepresented/underprivileged areas to provide their youth programming for free. They only need to provide transportation and the kids!
