Who We Are
Provides great parks and great experiences for everyone in our community. There are more than 30 parks and green spaces located throughout all of Kalamazoo’s neighborhoods which are open to everyone year-round.
What We Do
Our recreation team offers a wide variety of programs ranging from development and exploration programs for youth, summer camps, tutoring, youth sports, and even recreational sports leagues for adults. Our team also hosts community events throughout the year and supports community members hosting their own public events.
