Who We Are
The mission of the Kalamazoo Humane Society is to nurture the well being of pets and people in our communities.
What We Do
The Kalamazoo Humane Society is a non-sheltering animal welfare organization focused on the prevention of pet overpopulation. We also assist struggling pet owners to keep the pets they already have by offering pet food assistance, pet housing for domestic violence victims, veterinary wellness services for pet owners who have limited financial resources.
