- Attend one 2-hour Board Meeting per month (remote or in-person as designated).
- Prepare and distribute professional meeting agendas in a timely manner.
- Record, finalize, and distribute accurate meeting minutes.
- Monitor and process organizational emails, ensuring inquiries are routed or answered.
- Maintain and organize digital files within Google Drive.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support Executive Director productivity.
- A history of successful administrative and organizational ability.
- Proficiency in the Google Workspace suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, and Google Drive).
- Strong competency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience using PDF software for document management.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills and willingness to try AI as a tool, if needed.
- Confident use of social media like Facebook and Instagram, if requested.
- Experience with the Wix website platform (highly appreciated but not required).
- Ability/willingness to learn to use non-profit platforms to manage donations and fundraisers
- An attraction to equine collaboration and animal-assisted programs.
Approximately 2 hours per week, in addition to the monthly board meeting.
