The Alzheimer's Association is looking for confident, self motivated individuals to facilitate our Dementia Caregiver Support Groups. These groups are designed to provide emotional, educational, and social support for caregivers through regularly scheduled meetings each month. We are looking to expand our facilitator base to add additional groups throughout our area. Training is provided by the Association.
